How it works

Introduce a company that's hiring in sales or tech.
We agree terms with them and start the first search.
For 12 months from that agreement, you earn £1,000 for each hire that stays.

Email your referral and I'll confirm I've received it within two working days. The email opens with everything I need already set out.

The terms, in plain English

Short version: introduce someone, and if it leads to a hire that sticks, you get paid. The detail is below.

First referral counts. If we already know the person or company, or someone referred them first, we'll tell you straight away.
Hires must stay. A Talent Search hire must pass the rebate period. An AbyssEdge hire must stay to the end of its 12 or 24 month payment term.
Client referrals run for 12 months from the date the company signs terms with us. Every hire in that window counts.
No cap. Refer as many people and companies as you like.
You can't refer yourself, or hires made by your own employer or a team you manage.
Paid by bank transfer within 30 days of the qualifying date. Rewards may be taxable; that's your responsibility.

Questions

Does the person need to know I've referred them?

Yes. Please check they're happy for us to get in touch before you send their details. It makes the first conversation better too.

Can I refer someone for a role that isn't advertised?

Yes. Most of the roles we fill are never advertised. Tell us what they're good at and we'll take it from there.

Why do I have to wait to be paid?

We pay once we're paid in full and the hire has stuck. That keeps the reward tied to a good outcome for everyone, not just a start date.

How will I know what's happening?

We'll confirm your referral within two working days, then let you know when it turns into a hire and when your reward is due.
